Data & cookies
Cookie & storage practices
Effective 1 April 2026 · Storage key prefix: synapnodexfocus.digital_cookies
1. What lands in your browser
We set strictly necessary cookies for navigation state, outline previews, and consent memory. Optional analytics cookies load only after you choose “Keep essentials” with analytics enabled or a future equivalent control.
2. Eligibility to decline
Any visitor may decline non-essential cookies. Some classroom features that rely on ephemeral tokens may degrade when strict blocking is enabled; we surface those limits before you join a live lab.
3. Retention windows
Consent records persist 12 months unless law requires longer. Session identifiers for live webinars expire 72 hours after the event unless you download materials tied to a longer-lived account token.
4. Categories & purposes
Essentials: routing, CSRF protection, accessibility settings. Analytics (opt-in): aggregated navigation heatmaps without selling data. Marketing pixels are not deployed on this marketing build.
5. Third-party embeds
If we embed conferencing previews, those vendors may set their own cookies when you click through. Their policies apply once you leave our domain.
6. Managing preferences
Clear site data in your browser or use the consent chip again when we ship updates. Contact compliance@ synapnodexfocus.digital for export questions about consent logs tied to your email.
7. Korean consumer context
We align with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Personal Information Protection Act. You may lodge complaints with the Personal Information Protection Commission.
