Three rooms: intro, labs, mentor reviews
We hire slowly. Every role spends time inside practice labs even if your title is operations—understanding webinar edges keeps support honest.
Introduction · how hiring maps to rehearsals
Applications open with a short written exercise: outline a problematic webinar CTA without fixing copy—just borders and labels. We want to see how you mark risk before you solve it.
Practice labs
Weekly internal labs mirror customer modules. Staff rotate roles: moderator, backstage comms, note-taker. You are paid for this time; it is not “optional culture.”
- Outline swaps with real anonymized decks
- Audio failure simulations with mute maps
- Measurement language rewrites as a group
Mentor reviews
Mentors publish written feedback in a shared vault. Constructive notes stay attached to the artifact, not the person—mirroring how we coach clients.
Reviews reference specific programs—Registration diagnostics, Hybrid cadence, Partner co-mark—so new hires know which alumni patterns to read first.
