Regulated teams often inherit webinar pages packed with claims. Our studio starts with outline-only wireframes so every line earns its place before color arrives.
We pair each section with a reviewer from program advisory. They flag language that could read as a promise, then we replace it with process descriptions: what happens, who leads it, what materials ship afterward.
The outline pass also exposes duplicate CTAs. Magazine layouts tempt you to repeat buttons; we keep one primary action and route secondary curiosity to downloadable agendas.
Finally, we snapshot the approved outline as a living artifact. When campaigns iterate mid-quarter, designers and legal share the same skeleton instead of chasing screenshots.
